Our History
Damon Arthur and Dr. Richard Palmer started Targeted Aquaponic Growth (TAG) to meet the needs of hungry children across the globe. Our vision is to use Integrated Aquaculture to help orphanages and children’s homes have access to a consistent source of nutritious food. It’s Dr. Palmer and Damon’s heart for others that makes TAG what it is today.
We believe that every child should consistently have access to nutritious, life-giving food. Using modern fish farming technology, we believe that we can help fulfill these nutritional needs while educating them on how to create their own sustainable, reliable food source.

Ken Winebark
Board Member
Ken Winebark is the retired Agriculture Programs Administrator for Mercy Ships, the largest non-profit medical ship in the world.
Andrew McArdle
Board Member & Director of Aquaponic Operations
Andrew McArdle received his Masters of Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in Fisheries and Mariculture.
David B. Ebert
Board Member
David B. Ebert, a retired attorney whose career focused on helping people in need, now focuses professional and legal aid to various non-profit and charitable institutions.
